Ky-Mani
Ky-Mani Marley one of the best-known and wealthiest Reggae singers was born on 26 February 1976 in Falmouth Jamaica. He sang in Shottas together with another vocalist Wyclef. Ky-Mani joined Shang Records and recorded his debut album in 1996, Like Father Like Son. This was followed by numerous singles, including Dear Dad, which topped British Reggae Charts. Who The Cap suited (remix) as well as Sensimelia. They all contributed to Ky-Mani's reputation as a rising reggae artist. In 1997, Ky-Mani formed a band with Praswell (Fugees) on Avenue which was a smash cover that was a cover of the song by Eddy Grant Electric Avenue. Marley performed in Midem (international music festival) during its time in Miami at the beginning of its run. Marley did a performance in the Cameo Theatre that was broadcasted live throughout 36 nations. Marley's name became the topic of a bidding war. In 1997, he was signed to Gee Street/V2 Records where the labelmate with him P.M. Dawn recorded"Gonna
